Everything You Need to Know
Will the stiff nature of premium Organza Tissue cause the knife pleats to puff out unflatteringly at the waist?
No. Our master drapers use a specialized high-heat setting process on the upper portion of the skirt. The knife pleats are stitched flat and compressed from the waistband down to the high-hip line, ensuring a sleek, slim fit around the torso before gracefully opening out into a structured, voluminous ballroom flare.
Is the pleated fabric hard to maintain or will the pleats open up?
Not at all. These are heat-set pleats, which means they are designed to stay sharp and in place. Even after you sit down or move around, the lehenga will spring back into its pleated shape. Just remember to always dry clean it to keep the folds looking crisp.
I am worried about ordering online. Does the gold color look different in person?
We photograph our collection in high-definition studio environments to capture the true champagne-gold reflection of the tissue organza weave. However, because metallic tissue catches light dynamically, the tone may shift from a frosted gold in natural daylight to a warm honey-gold under indoor venue spotlights. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
