Q: Is Satin Silk difficult to drape? Does it slip? A: Plain satin can sometimes be slippery, but this saree is heavily embellished with Zardosi and Sequin work. The weight of the embroidery actually gives the fabric "grip" and structure, ensuring that your pleats stay securely in place and don't slide around.
Q: Is the Zardosi work delicate? A: Zardosi is a form of metal thread embroidery that is quite durable, but it can snag if it catches on sharp jewelry. We recommend wearing your saree after you put on your jewelry to avoid pulling any threads.
Q: How do I store a heavy satin saree? A: Because satin can crease and the embroidery is heavy, we recommend folding it with a muslin cloth or butter paper between the layers. This prevents the Zardosi from rubbing against the smooth satin fabric and causing abrasion.

Returns Policy
